Refund policy
NEXT DESIGN offers you warranty against possible defects in materials and functionality of the final product. If you have the need to use this Warranty, please email at marketing@nextdesign.us and one of our representatives will contact you promptly.
Included in warranty:
Custom made shades are warranted against manufacturing defects (flaws in the product design, materials or workmanship) that may cause the product malfunction.
Exceptions:
1. Cords including internal cords are warranted for a period of two (2) years.
2. Urbanoshades warrants its motors to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of three (3) years starting from the date stamped on the motor.
Motors, mechanical, electrical and electronic accessories (excluding batteries) are warranted for three (3) years from the date of the invoice.
Not Included in warranty:
The warranty does not cover damages or deterioration due to the following reasons:
1. Normal wear and tear of the product including:
-abuse
-exposure to salt air
-improper operation
-accident
-improper cleaning
-misapplication
-alterations
-improper handling
-misuse
-damage from pets/insects
-improper installation
-high wind conditions
2. Any product that with the passage of time:
-loses color intensity
-experiences a loss of pleating
-yellows or cracks
3. Costs associated with:
-product removal
-product reinstallation
-incidental damage
-product re-measure
-transportation to and from the retailer
-shipping in the event multiple blinds/shades are in the same room, only the defective blind/shade will be replaced.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES, OR OBLIGATIONS OF NEXT DESIGN.
Who is covered: only the original purchaser of the order; must present original invoice.
What is covered: All products are warranted against defects in materials and fabrication.
How to get Service: To obtain service under this warranty, return your products along with the original sales receipt to our facilities.
You will be responsible for shipping the product to and from NEXT DESIGN.
